To calculate a person's Life Path Number, their birthdate is reduced to a single digit using a mathematical formula. For example, if someone was born on June 22, 1990, their birthdate would be reduced as follows: 6+2+2+1+9+9+0=29. Then, the numbers 2 and 9 would be added together to get a Life Path Number of 11.

Each Life Path Number has its own set of traits and tendencies. For example, those with a Life Path Number of 1 tend to be independent and driven, while those with a Life Path Number of 9 are compassionate and idealistic.
